HRIS Business Analyst
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled HRIS Business Analyst to join our team. This is a key position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of our human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the definition and execution of the roadmap for evolving our core HR workstream, focusing on live countries.
* Lead the Core HR live countries design authority board.
* Coordinate Level 3 incident resolution by collaborating with the support team to ensure timely fixes.
* Manage the Core HR data model and processes, including hire, move, promote, terminate, and other related activities.
* Develop and execute testing strategies related to Core HR activities.
* Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for the Core HR scope.
* Produce, maintain, and validate training and communication materials to ensure smooth user adoption.
* Owning the design and process decision-making for the release management process within the Core HR module.
* Occasionally participate in the design and implementation of other HRIS tools with interdependencies with the Core HR.
* Contribute to the deployment of the core HR in new countries.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or similar roles at a global level.
* SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is required.
* Experience in HRIS implementation projects, preferably in a global environment with either consulting companies or internal teams.
* A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent is necessary.
* Business analysis and project management skills are essential.
* Ability to work in an international and challenging environment.
* Capacity to understand business needs for employee data administration and convert them into technical designs.
* Adaptability and flexibility.
* Customer orientation.
* Fluency in English language.
* Knowledge and understanding of HR applications and processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence in transverse situations and generate collaboration spirit.
