We are looking for a Community Manager to take full ownership of the space - operationally, business wise and culturally. This is a leadership role. You will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly and that the experience inside Kube reflects our standards.What You'll DoSpace & Operations Oversee the full day-to-day operations of the space Make decisions when issues arise Ensure the space maintains high standards at all times Support front desk coverage when neededMember & Client Management Manage relationships and negotiations with members and corporate clients Be present and visible in the space as the main point of contact Represent Kube at community eventsBusiness & Reporting Present monthly reports Coordinate payments and invoicing with the finance team Monitor performance and suggest improvementsTeam Leadership Manage the Coworking Assistant (reception & operational support) Oversee scheduling, task pipeline and processesWho We're Looking For3+ years experience in operations, hospitality, coworking or business management Strong decision-making skills Comfortable handling clients and members Organized and structured Comfortable working with numbers and reports High emotional intelligence • • Ownership mindset
