Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Troubleshoot technical problems (internet, TV, fixed network)
Advise customers on services and offers
Provide excellent support to build customer loyalty
Support sales by identifying customer needs
Keep quality and performance standards high
What we're looking for:
Fluent in Italian and English
Previous experience in customer support or call center
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
Sales experience is a plus
Organized, responsible, and proactive attitude
What we offer:
Base salary: €900/month x14
Language bonus: €100/month x13 (Italian) + €150/month x13 (English)
Performance bonus: Up to €360/month x12
Meal allowance: €9.60/day x12
Transport allowance: €20/month x12
