Role Overview:
As a Digital Platform Specialist, you are the technical backbone for business users navigating a world-class advertising and social media platform. You will serve as an expert consultant for high-value clients (agencies and SMEs) in the
Spanish or German
markets, ensuring their digital infrastructure is optimized for success. This is a B2B technical support and consulting role within the
MPO Platforms

Detailed Job Responsibilities
1. Technical Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution
* Act as the Tier 2/3 technical expert for platform-related issues, including account access, API integrations, and payment system malfunctions.
* Resolve complex "Platform Health" issues, such as why an ad account was restricted or why a specific automation tool is failing to execute.
* Work directly with internal engineering teams to report system-wide bugs and track them until resolution.
2. B2B Platform Consulting & Onboarding
* Guide new business clients through the technical "Setup" phase—linking business pages, setting up payment profiles, and configuring administrative permissions.
* Consult with clients on how to use advanced platform features like Business Manager, Catalog Manager, or Creative Hub.
* Provide "Best Practice" advice on platform security, such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and permission hierarchies.
3. Workflow Optimization & Process Improvement
* Identify recurring technical friction points within the platform and suggest process optimizations to the Global Product team.
* Support the "Migration" of clients from legacy tools to new, privacy-first platform features.
* Document technical solutions and contribute to a global internal "Knowledge Base" to speed up future resolution times.
4. Policy & Compliance Guidance
* Help clients understand why their content or platform usage might be violating Global Advertising Policies.
* Educate partners on regulatory requirements (like GDPR or local market laws) to ensure their platform activities remain compliant.
High-Skill Requirements
Linguistic Mastery:
* Spanish or German: Native or C2 level (depending on the market you are applying for).
* English: B2/C1 (Upper-Intermediate) for communication with the global "Product Operations" and "Engineering" teams.
Technical Competencies:
* Platform Knowledge: Prior experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Support Tools: Comfort using ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Jira.
* Technical Troubleshooting: A logical approach to solving "if/then" technical problems.
* Ad-Tech Basics: Understanding of how digital ads are served, including an awareness of HTML/JavaScript (basic level) for troubleshooting tracking codes.
