Salary: Base salary of 1000 (x14 months) + 200 language bonus (x12 months)
Meal Allowance: 1,837 (net/year)

Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 in Economy class after 6 months
Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off
Your Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
- Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.
- Follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
- Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet KPIs.
Your Profile
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
- Strong PC navigation and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Keen attention to detail and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Nice-to-Have Qualities:
- Experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year)
- Associate degree in a related field
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks with high-quality output
- Team player with independent approach
- Professional and patient demeanor in challenging situations
