SAP HCM Senior Consultant
Job Description
Stefanini is hiring SAP HCM senior consultants to join one of our Portugal-based clients, operating within the retail business sector.
* Work model: hybrid (on-site 3 days per week at the client's office in Lisbon – Amoreiras zone);
* Project duration: long-term (1 year as a Stefanini consultant, joining the client's structure after that period);
Role tasks
* Ensure the support, maintenance, and evolution of SAP HR modules across the business;
* Support end-users, maintenance, and evolution in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (PM) modules;
* Act as a project manager to gather requirements, design, and implement new features and law requirements in those modules;
* Follow and understand legislation relevant to PY, PA, OM, and PM in the three geographies.
Job Requirements
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related HR or management fields;
* Minimum 4 years' experience working with SAP;
* Proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support);
* End-to-end project management experience;
* Functional and technical knowledge in SAP Payroll (mandatory);
* Knowledge of Labour Law in Portugal;
* ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems skills are a plus;
* Fluent in English (spoken, written, presentation, and communication skills).
