We are looking for a French Speaking Project Manager to join us in Porto.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the assessment and standardization of quality gates within the software development lifecycle.
* Enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to optimize software delivery and deployment processes.
* Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization, ensuring increased efficiency and quality.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through the application of AI technologies.
* Collaborate closely with the manager of the inserted area to align industrialization projects with broader business objectives.
* Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT industrialization is a plus.
* In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, Devops overview and quality assurance practices.
* Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus but not a primary focus of the role.
* Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams.
* Passionate about driving efficiency and quality in software development.
* Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
* Fluency in English and French (at least B2)
