We are a growing international school based in Oeiras, Portugal, seeking a proactive and people-oriented Enrolment & Sales Manager to lead student recruitment and family engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full admissions cycle: from initial inquiry to enrolment
Respond to incoming leads, qualify families, and guide them through the decision-making process
Conduct school tours (on-site and online) and present the school's value proposition
Organize and run high-conversion admissions events (open days, trial days, presentations, workshops, festivals)
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current families
Track and manage leads using CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion and enrolment experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, admissions, or client-facing roles (education sector is a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent English and Portuguese (Portuguese is mandatory)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
