Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and drive business success.
About the Role:
* Cascade HR policies and best practices across the organization.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, recruitment, training, compensation, diversity, and organizational structure.
* Liaise with management to develop and implement effective HR programs.
* Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
* Implement disciplinary actions and manage employee exits in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Generate and deliver HR reports to support decision-making and enhance transparency.
* Collaborate with the payroll and administration teams to ensure accurate processing and effective management of administrative tasks.
About You:
* Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
* At least 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Portugal's digital or tech industries.
* Solid understanding of employment and labor law.
* Strong foundation in HR principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
