As part of an internal and international project, we are looking for a NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER technician.Responsabilites:The Team Coordinator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network OperationCenter) team responsible of ensuring the proper execution of an incident mananagentprocess of a big telco firm in the Iberian market.
For this position, you need tocombine both technical and communicative skills.
You will be considered an extensionof a remote operational team located in Europe;You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to achieve objectives within the telecommunications infrastructure incident management service;Creation of work methods, procedures, and manuals;Ensuring 24-hour customer service delivery;Monitoring schedules;Training of employees;In-person client visits representing the company;Organization of schedules and shifts;Creation and presentation of content for professional support;Management of emails, incidents, and complaints;Technical support in the use and management of applications.Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes;Able to adapt to the team needs.
