Your Role Key responsibilities in your new roleIn this 12-month traineeship, you will get the chance to support employees throughout their life cycle and learn on the job with Human Resources specialists.Administrative Support: Provide support to HR Business Partners with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle; administer HR‐related matters (e.g., working time topics, contract management, reference letters).Process Improvement & Digitalization: Initiate process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes.Requirements Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Communication & Collaboration: Share and exchange information with all levels of management; collaborate closely with HR counterparts across multiple locations.Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeedYou have a proactive personality and good communication skills, and you are willing to actively support and cooperate with your team members.
