Your tasks
Our Service Centre is the nerve-centre of the TOMRA Collections operations. Our Operators monitor our collection points and systems across Portugal while also providing quality support and service to our business partners, customers, technicians and field service teams.
We work in a team-based environment with plenty of support available during your training period and beyond. This role will suit applicants who thrive in a busy, fun team.
You will be located in the TOMRA Portugal in Ericeira and will work on a shift-based roster. This is a casual role in a business that operates 7 days a week. Our Service Centre is operational between the hours of 7:30 – 22:00 pm daily.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide hotline technical support to Clients, partners and colleagues in the field
Assist with customer queries and complaints
Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
Interact with technicians, colleagues and partners visiting sites
Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
Coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs
Qualifications
To be a successful Service Desk operator, you will have:
· A passion for Service Desk
· Good time management skills
· Strong communications skills
· High attention to detail
· Adaptability
· A team mentality
· Competent with technology
Your profile
Ideally, you have some work experience in the service sector
You like to work independently, but you are also a team player
You are reliable and responsible
You like to work with MS Office/M365
High attention to detail
IT & Process oriented, good knowledge of Excel
Excellent command of English
Ability to build relationships with customers and internal departments
