Key Responsibilities Collaborate on software used to find and book seats for major international travel brands like Eurostar, Renfe, and SNCF. Optimize the processing of asynchronous requests for high‐availability, high‐performance components or to put extra effort in securing the processes as much as possible. Improve development pipelines or helping analyze new feature requests. Continuously refactor code to improve its quality and performance. Qualifications Experience working with mission‐critical Java microservices Strong interest in refactoring and improving code quality Team player who values collaboration, new perspectives, and knowledge sharing Curiosity and motivation to learn new programming languages and technologies Fluent in English with strong communication skills Artificial Intelligence (AI) Skills We are also looking for professionals familiar with the use of generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini), capable of applying these technologies to increase efficiency, support data analysis, and improve the quality of deliverables in R&D and project contexts. Desirable AI Requirements: Practical day-to-day application: using AI to draft and review texts, generate ideas, structure presentations, automate repetitive tasks, and synthesize large volumes of information. AI-assisted data analysis: using tools with integrated AI to interpret dashboards, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Critical interaction with AI systems: knowing how to formulate instructions (prompts), assess the quality of generated responses, and apply critical thinking to validate and adapt results to the project context.
