Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and follow up on customer complaints in a timely manner using FRB and 8D methodology.
* Process and follow up on customer support response complaints and non-manufacturing justified customer complaints.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers and respond to their inquiries.
* Responsible for updating customer portals in a timely manner.
* Identify and mitigate quality alerts and severe cases related to customer complaints.
* Perform risk analysis on demand by customers together with MQE and MQS teams.
