Responsibilities
1. Application support for IT services (Time management application) & other Digital People Solutions platforms;
2. Incident Management - Provider Controlling;
3. Incident resolution within supported applications (incidents, queries & service requests);
4. End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact;
5. Document all relevant application support information, e.g., creation of use cases, identifying improvements/old documentation;
6. Knowledge sharing inside the team regarding the applications and supported activities.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German (required);
- Experience in Help Desk / Application Support including handling Incident Management Tools;
- Experience in technical analysis regarding IT applications;
- Experience in provider-based services is a plus (SaaS);
- Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with partners;
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required);
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency;
- Availability to go to the office once a week.
