By including everyone we unleash our full potential.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility:Drive the design, analysis, and validation of rugged and reliable electronic control units (ECUs). Develop switch‐mode power supplies (SMPS), high‐precision analog front‐ends for sensor interfaces, and high‐speed digital circuits for MCU/So C architectures. Participate in the entire design process from schematic capture to PCB layout, ensuring adherence to signal and power integrity rules.Using creativity and free space:Apply technical expertise to optimize existing designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability. Identify opportunities for improvements and contribute to solving complex mixed‐signal and system‐level challenges.Optimized implementation:Balance performance, efficiency, cost, and reliability throughout product development. Support the development of robust and secure automotive electronic systems ready for series production.Engineering excellence:Execute projects using Bosch's development and lifecycle management processes—from concept to industrialization and series support.QualificationsEducation:Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical field.Experience:5+ years in electronics design, including analog and mixed‐signal circuits; hands‐on experience with electronics lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies) for bring‐up, testing, and debugging; proven experience in at least one of the following topics:Power suppliesMCUs / So CsAnalog and mixed signal designCommunication interfacesSchematic Design & PCB Layout (e CAD)Know‐how:Knowledge in at least one of the following topics:Power suppliesMCUs / So CsAnalog and mixed signal designCommunication interfacesSchematic Design & PCB Layout (e CAD)Extra:Experience in embedded firmware development or Python scripting is a plus; familiarity with automotive functional safety or security concepts is beneficial; familiarity with automotive battery related transients.Languages:Good written and verbal English skills.Working Style and Methods:Structured, hands‐on, and data‐driven problem solvingCareful documentation ensuring clarity and traceabilityAbility to manage responsibilities and deliver high‐quality results within project timelinesAdditional InformationThis is more than a job.
