IT Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT operations manager to lead and coordinate teams responsible for customer support and the operational management of critical IT services. This role is essential to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of processes.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation of customer support teams, including Helpdesk, Field Support, GID, SCCM, Logistics, Asset Management etc.
* They will also be responsible for coordinating ticket distribution and task follow-up across multiple teams.
* This includes promoting and participating in operational meetings.
The ideal candidate should have a proven experience in IT operations management, strong leadership skills as well as effective communication skills.
