/ppbr/ppbr/ppAs the Service Planner your role is to schedule Schneider Field Service Engineer's (FSEs) External Service Partners and parts to fulfil our customer services requirements - these include Assessments, Start up, PMV (Preventive Maintenance visit), Emergency Callouts.
/ppbr/ppYou will act as the glue connecting our customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners/suppliers to meet our clients' needs.
You will validate time, materials expenses reported by internal FSE's /external Service Partners required in the service process.
/ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppEssential Functions /ppbr/pulliOptimise FSEs allocated time and schedules to provide service to our customers in a timely fashion /liliApply technical guidelines according to technical support information (Level 2) to provide the best quality service to our customers /liliSchedule maintenance visits, ad hoc business interventions, technical visits or audits initialized by Project, Enterprise mid-market or Services sales and Start-ups in conjunction with the Project Department /liliManage external partners services (quality, time etc) /liliEnsure customer database is kept up to date for future reference (for the service, sales and project teams) /liliCoordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery and retrieval to provide the best service to our customers /liliManage internal and external orders /liliControl customer credit worthiness /liliCreate new customers in the database (reactive mode) /liliCreate fixed price TM (Time material) for reactive mode intervention and validate /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppbWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?
/b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliTechnical qualification related to UPS/HVAC or similar (FP, Bachelor, Professional certificates) /lili3-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.

/pp• Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers.
/pp• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English are mandatory.
/pp• Strong time management skills /pp• Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
