Grupo Nortempo is looking for a Contingent Workforce Officer to manage the end-to-end process of contingent workforce (contractors), ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business needs for a client in Porto. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within HR operations. Responsibilities Manage contingent workforce administration (hiring, transfers, assignment changes, terminations, onboarding, agency payments). Draft contracts in line with framework agreements. Ensure accurate data management in SAP SuccessFactors. Handle purchase orders (POs), approvals, and invoice discrepancies. Review and approve agency invoices. Act as a liaison between stakeholders (Purchasing, Recruitment, Finance, Cost Control). Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain and update contractor records and documentation. Track invoicing processes and ensure accuracy. Monitor budgets vs. PO spend and generate reports. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements. Identify process improvements and share best practices. Provide feedback on agency performance and suggest improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar. Up to 3 years of experience in HR administrative roles. Experience with vendors/agencies is a plus. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage. Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
