Job Opportunity
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating with our Nearshore Teams to deliver quality solutions to international clients across Europe.
This role can be performed fully remotely from Portugal or from our offices in Lisbon or Porto, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
* Develop automated test frameworks using C# and modern tools;
* Conduct API testing and automate scenarios using RestSharp and BDD workflows;
* Perform manual testing across UI, API, and backend layers to identify critical issues early;
* Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria;
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives;
* Write and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and defect reports to ensure traceability and transparency.
Requirements
* Experienced QA professional with strong focus on automation and manual testing;
* Proficient in C#, SpecFlow, Selenium WebDriver, RestSharp, NUnit/xUnit, and BDD/TDD methodologies;
* Skilled in testing RESTful APIs using Postman and Swagger;
* Familiar with UI, API, functional, regression, and exploratory testing techniques;
* Comfortable working with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and test reporting pipelines;
* Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum practices and cross-functional collaboration;
* Competent in SQL and development environments such as Visual Studio Code and Rider;
* Excellent communication skills in English for daily collaboration with international teams.
