PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365 Commerce
Your mission:
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technological solutions.
* Gather, analyze, and map retail store and omnichannel processes, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Commerce.
* Document detailed functional and technical requirements related to POS systems, product management, pricing, promotions, etc.
* Oversee the full project lifecycle – from requirement gathering to functional delivery and validation.
* Support development teams in solution validation and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure a clear, business-aligned perspective throughout the project.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in MS Dynamics 365 – Commerce projects (mandatory).
* Strong functional knowledge of retail operations and store-level processes, including POS integration (required).
* Previous experience in the retail/consumer-facing sector (required).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Solid background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and support for testing activities.
* Analytical, autonomous, and proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
English C1|C2 and Portuguese - (Mandatory).
Work Model: 100% remote regime, with Spanish Working Hours (It is necessary to be in Portugal)
