About This Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our HR team as a Process and Analytics Trainee. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for monitoring absenteeism, analyzing data, and implementing continuous process improvements. Your expertise in Excel and other HR systems will enable you to effectively manage employee records, prepare KPIs and dashboards, and support decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
* Absenteeism Control: Monitor attendance and absence data, create reports, and analyze trends to optimize workforce management.
* Administrative Management: Oversee HR processes, documentation, and contract management to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel and other HR systems to generate insights, track key metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.
* KPI Development and Dashboards: Design and implement performance indicators and visualizations to inform strategic decisions.
