Deployment and Release Management Expert
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee software integration, deployment, and release activities across complex environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, automation experience, and a structured approach to managing releases and deployments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of release and deployment management activities across multiple environments.
* Configure and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI.
* Automate deployment processes through Unix scripting, XL Deploy, XL Release, Java development with Eclipse Visual COBOL support for legacy systems.
The successful candidate will have exceptional collaboration skills to work closely with development teams in ensuring high-quality releases while minimizing downtime. Experience in multiple operating system environments including Mainframe is highly beneficial.
The key qualifications include experience working as part of an agile team utilizing DevOps tools such as Jenkins X
