Requirements:

* Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
* Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design, with a strong enthusiasm for the field
* Tech-savviness, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-centric focus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when assisting users
* Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
* Ability to work independently
Benefits:

* Rotative shifts from Sunday to Friday (05:00 to 20:00)
* Days off: Saturday and 1 rotational day
