Job Title: Technical Support 5G Technology
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our international team working from Portugal. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with stakeholders and delivering technical solutions on 5G technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify and implement detailed technical solutions identified by the Project Manager/Technician.
* Develop and provide detailed technical designs for business solutions.
* Analyse and develop business technology solutions as Lead Consultant.
* Lead technical evaluations and delivery of specific technical solutions to customers.
* Implement team structures that promote high performance and manage the life cycle of teams.
* Coordinate new installations, designs, and migrations of technological solutions in networks, applications, or platforms.
* Offer advanced technical consulting and advice on proposals, solution design, systems management, and solution adjustment and modification.
* Collect and analyse data from various sources to determine customer needs and requirements.
* Respond to requests for technical information from customers.
* Develop technological solutions for customers using various industry products and technologies.
* Participate in resolving technical problems across multiple technologies, often developing new methods to apply them in various situations.
