IT Risk Project Manager
We are looking for an IT Risk Project Manager to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Main Tasks:
Lead and steer CyberProgram rollouts across multiple BNP Paribas entities to enhance cybersecurity maturity and operational resilience.
Appropriate and manage the cyber matrix, ensuring objectives are clearly understood and aligned with each entity's context.
Identify required evidences, organize their collection according to campaign schedules, and ensure proper validation and escalation when necessary.
Collaborate with technical and business teams (secure development, IAM, third-party monitoring, etc.), translating complex technical topics into clear and accessible language.
Work closely with the SRM team responsible for cyber maturity evaluations.
Prepare and support steering committees, conduct regular quick-check sessions, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce clear and synthetic status updates, dashboards, and gap analyses for management and stakeholders.
Campaign Preparation:
Define scope and contextual notes.
Identify non-applicable requirements and potential missing dependencies.
Clarify expectations regarding evidence and validation criteria.
Engage providers and stakeholders through workshops.
Assess complexity levels and propose appropriate targets.
Communicate expectations clearly to all involved stakeholders.
Campaign Steering:
Build and maintain implementation roadmaps, including milestones and deadlines.
Track stakeholder progress and proactively flag deviations.
Organize and lead follow-up meetings and checkpoints.
Challenge teams when required and escalate risks in a timely manner.
Communication & Reporting:
Ensure transparent and continuous communication with all stakeholders.
Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, and executive briefs.
Maintain updated project documentation (e.G., FAQ, SharePoint repositories, lessons learned).
Profile:
Experienced professional with 3+ years of experience managing infrastructure-oriented or cybersecurity projects.
Strong project management skills, including roadmap creation, milestone tracking, and reporting.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts (CIA triad, servers, networking basics, cybersecurity testing types).
Knowledge of secure development, Identity & Access Management, and third-party risk management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Power BI and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in dynamic, multi-entity environments with transversal coordination responsibilities.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is mandatory.
French is a plus.
