The Role: VAVA is looking for an exceptional graphic designer to join the brand and marketing team. You will report to the Creative Director and support the creation of graphic concepts across all VAVA projects. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer working in a collaborative environment, who will participate in the creation and production of visual content and elevate the brand’s visual identity for VAVA’s digital, social, and retail channels.
Responsibilities
* Execute the final graphic designs for marketing campaigns and handle daily corporate and retail projects.
* Partner cross-functionally with brand strategy, merchandising, design, visual merchandising, and store operations to develop content strategies aligned with the brand vision.
* Prepare and coordinate basic layouts & templates for print advertising, newsletters, and web design of new pages and features on the VAVAEYEWEAR.COM site.
* Create print data and develop implementation approaches for digital channels (onsite desktop/mobile layouts, social posts and ads, display banners).
* Elaborate, correct, cross-check and release seasonal above/below-the-line projects with agencies and suppliers.
* Prepare layout concepts and design guidelines for 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
* Basic movie editing: create cutdowns, format adaptations, text integration, GIF creation and small animations.
* Design social media assets focusing on Instagram and Facebook (organic and paid).
* Visualize the seasonal social content plan, ensuring strong storytelling and alignment with the marketing calendar.
* Assist in creating, distributing and managing seasonal campaign assets across global organic and paid social channels.
* Optimize content for social/digital across pre- and post-production, including briefing a campaign videographer and cropping/editing third-party content.
* Collaborate with E‑commerce and Marketing teams to create high-quality content across newsletters, advertising, and website.
* Design assets for marketing, PR, and brand materials such as lookbooks, invitations, press packs and internal presentations.
* Adapt campaigns for urban advertising displays (billboards, street posters, in-store).
* Support Creative Director during content shoots, video shoots and e-commerce shoots.
* Plan edits for video content; oversee image editing (retouching, resizing) and organize photo database.
* Packaging creation; help develop a clear, innovative, and well-defined style and aesthetic of VAVA; self-manage creative outputs and prioritize workload.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in graphic/communication design, art direction or a related field is preferred.
* Relevant work experience in graphic/communication design in a similar role (in-house or agency) and/or within a luxury brand.
* Portfolio showing multi-channel campaigns (print, social, digital, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Final Cut/Premiere Pro.
* Knowledge of tools such as VectorWorks, Cinema 4D, Figma is a strong plus.
* Ability to understand design concepts and align with brand vision to meet commercial objectives.
* Strong command of digital design, typography, and color; keen eye for layout and brand guidelines.
* Understanding of UX/UI best practices; front-end development skills a plus.
* Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills; deadline-driven.
* Good verbal, visual and written English; fluent English is required for the interview process.
* Portfolio or link must be attached; only applications meeting this condition will be considered.
* Understanding of VAVA aesthetics and at least 2 years in similar positions; fluent in English.
