Join Us The Sales Channel Team Lead drives the commercial strategy for Vodafone Stores, ensuring revenue growth, operational excellence and team productivity. They develop and challenge Store Managers, reinforcing a strong, customer‐centric sales culture. They act as a catalyst for commercial transformation, enhancing cross‐channel synergies and accelerating new business opportunities.What you'll doCommercialStrategyand main KPIs management: full ownership of the main KPIsand rentability for storesacross Regions;Operational excellence: simplify in-store processes and set clear priorities to maximize sales productivity; ensuring consistency across theentire footprint;Performance leadership: accountable for the performance of store managers; you will define KPIs, challengeunderperformance, customer‐centric sales culture;Translate high level business goals into disciplined, daily operational actions at store level;Motivates commercial teams to win every day, combining passion for customers with a relentless focus on results;Design and presentsalesinitiativesrecommendations;Support commercial push initiatives through communication, alignment, andsaleschannelsengagement;Create tailoredinitiativesto supportsalescommercial activity, including presentationsand operational guide;Run pilots, measure impact, and scale successful solutions;Expected to take a 360 view of all commercial channels,identifyingopportunities,cross channelsynergies and efficiency improvements that drive stronger business performance.Who you areBachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a relatedsales/commercialfield;Strategic leadership: ability to lead and develop high-potentialteams;Capacity to build strong connections with commercial channels through clear communication, genuine enthusiasm, and empathetic leadership;Experience insaleswithin telecom or a similar industry,ideally in telecoms/main retailers;Strong commercial and business acumen;Execution focus: high sense of urgency and accountability;Background in telecommunications/industry knowledge (optional);Proventrack recordin sales and/orchannels sale management; commercial reporting tools to drive data‐led decisionmaking;Availablefor mobility and regular travel, ensuring close engagement with commercial channelsand main stakeholders;Fluency in English and Portuguese.Not a perfect fit?
