MDG/MDM Solution Design & Leadership:
Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP MDG solutions (preferably MDG on S/4HANA) for one or more master data domains.
Define and implement data models, UI adaptations, workflows, business rules, and derivations to meet specific business needs.
Champion data governance principles: define data standards, ownership (RACI), quality metrics, and stewardship processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex interface failures, ensuring high availability and data consistency across SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., CRM, PLM, Legacy Applications).
Collaborate on middleware strategies (SAP PI/PO, CPI, non-SAP tools) for data replication and distribution.
Project & Business Engagement:
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, functional specs, and process maps.
Manage the complete change lifecycle for MDG-related changes, from intake to testing and deployment.
