You will help enterprise clients turn customer data into meaningful, personalized, and compliant omnichannel experiences. You will work ininternational, agile delivery teams, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams — owning solutions end‐to‐end, from discovery to delivery and optimization.What You'll Be Doing Act as theSubject Matter ExpertforDynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-Time Marketing) Analyze complexcustomer, marketing, and business requirementsin multi‐country environments Translate business needs intoscalable, high‐performing customer journeys Design, configure, and optimize: Real-time customer journeys Event‐based and trigger‐driven interactions Advanced segmentation and audience management Outbound channels such asEmail, SMS, Push Notifications, and more Design and implementconsent, preference, and subscription management, ensuring fullGDPR and local regulatory compliance Define functional and technical solutions aligned with: Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service External marketing, data, and engagement platforms Design and supportintegrationsbetween Customer Insights – Journeys and: Websites and digital touchpoints Data platforms and enterprise systems External tooling Ensuredata quality, performance, scalability, and reusabilityof journey components Work in anagile delivery model, taking ownership ofend‐to‐end outcomes Coordinate acrossmultiple projects and international stakeholders Providefunctional leadership and mentoringto consultants and developers Create clear documentation and supportadoption, knowledge transfer, and enablement Proactively advise onbest practices, improvements, and roadmap decisionswithin the Customer Insights ecosystem.What We're Looking For 7+ yearsof experience as aMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Consultant and/or Developer Strong hands‐on expertisewithDynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Proven experience deliveringcomplex, real‐time customer journeysin enterprise environments Solid understanding ofCRM data modelsandcustomer lifecycle management Experience working closely withIT teams(architecture, security, integrations, operations) Hands‐on experience with theMicrosoft Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Strong analytical skills with excellentcommunication and stakeholder management Proactive, advisory mindset with the ability to work independently Fluent English(spoken and written) Relevant Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Power Platform Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Experience inscaled agile environments(e.g., SAFe) Comfortable working incomplex, global, and multi‐stakeholder landscapes
