Our Cockpit of the Future strategy should be able to provide solutions for a more connected environment, and responds to the increasing trend for autonomous and connected vehicles.Job Responsibilities:BWS calculations for all products CWS (Direct labor) calculations for current products in a weekly basisReporting in the daily accountability meeting the previous day labor performance of each productLeading the weekly levelling meetingLeading the interface with MP&L in what concerns to production volumes variationsPerforming and report the five years Manning Business PlanDefine and develop line process for each positionContinuous analysis of product process for every operation (in terms of component numbers, cycle times, hourly rates, worked hours, equipment load, people requirements) in order to improve line balance and production productivityResponsible for maintain process documentationDeveloping training plan for new employeesEnsuring the accomplishment of the Mfg.
