Your Responsabilities
As a C++ Developer, you will be part of our R&D team, contributing to the development and maintenance of advanced software solutions for smart grids, SCADA systems, and embedded systems.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using modern C++
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, UI/UX) to define and deliver robust software architectures.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC):
requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.
Develop and optimize algorithms for real-time systems, communication protocols, and industrial automation.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Support integration with existing systems and ensure interoperability with industrial standards
Participate in continuous improvement and R&D innovation initiatives.
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar
+ 2 years of professional experience in C++ development
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture
Experience with development for Linux or real-time embedded environments is a strong plus
Familiarity with version control tools (e.G. Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Good communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
Must be in Porto or Lisbon (hybrid)
