Main Responsibilities:- Support business users with application needs, incidents, and training. - Monitor accounting flows and reporting tools within the CRAC scope. - Provide analysis, testing, and expertise for Finance IS projects. - Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.Skills – Must Have:- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in IT/Financial project management. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst. - Administration experience with relational databases. - Strong understanding of Finance concepts & processes.Skills – Nice to Have:- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards. - Knowledge of Agile methodology. - Previous experience in Finance & Risk departments.
