Job Title: Legal Contract Manager
Sodexo is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Legal Contract Manager. This role will provide full-range contractual and administrative support, as well as legal expertise for specific global client accounts.
As a Legal Contract Manager, you will be responsible for implementing local agreements, leading the contractual change process, and updating contract management tools. You will also advise and train wider teams on contractual and administrative requirements to increase compliance and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the drafting of local agreements under Master Agreements with Local Legal Counsels.
* Advise and train teams on contractual and administrative requirements.
* Prepare and present contract training across accounts.
* Implement contractual governance, change control procedures, and maintain accurate historical and administrative logs.
* Draft contractual caveats and recommendations after assessing risks.
* Ensure correct approval channels for contractual changes.
* Participate in Governance meetings with clients and Central Account Teams.
* Maintain consistency with contract management tools and procedures.
* Ensure contracts and deliverables are in place.
* Ensure compliance with Group/Global Client Contracts DOAs and contractual governance.
* Report and monitor contract compliance.
* Coordinate with regional and country teams on change control documents.
* Participate in risk assessments and take preventive and corrective action.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-5 years experience in legal and contract management support.
* Paralegal or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrated technical skills and commercial awareness.
* Experience with commercial contracts in multi-country jurisdictions.
* Strong contract review and drafting skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective time management and organization skills.
* Fluent in English and second language desirable.
