Profile description:
We are looking for a
motivated
Project Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following
requirements
:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in an industrial or manufacturing setting, managing complex projects;
* Experience with project planning, budget management, cost control, and resource allocation;
* Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., agile, MS Project, Gantt, etc.);
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams;
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals;
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
* Great ability to communicate in French and interact in international environments.
