THE ROLE
As a Senior Front Office Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and outstanding customer experience at our Barcelona location. Acting as a bridge between the Depot Manager and the front office team, you'll lead by example, support day-to-day operations, and coach junior team members. You'll also contribute to the performance of the location by upholding Indie Campers' standards and driving commercial opportunities.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
* Deliver a seamless check-in/check-out experience to customers
* Take the lead on customer issue resolution and operational coordination
* Support scheduling, planning, and daily task allocation
* Train, mentor, and onboard new or junior front office team members
* Contribute to sales performance through upselling and cross-selling
* Ensure SOPs are followed and help improve front office KPIs
* Act as a point of contact between the front office and other departments
* Maintain high service quality and assist with customer feedback resolution
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Someone with prior front office or customer service experience, ideally in mobility, hospitality, or tourism
* A natural leader, capable of mentoring others and taking initiative
* A problem-solver who can handle fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
* Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
* Available to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
* Someone who embodies the Indie Campers spirit — adaptable, hands-on, and customer-focused
