Requirements:
* Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are crucial.
