To fuel our growth, we are looking for a high-caliber Sales Director to recruit, mentor, and lead a new team of 5 to 7 real estate consultants.

The Challenge:
* Talent Scouting: Recruit and build your own team of high-achievers from scratch.
* Mentorship: Implement our proven success methods to train and integrate new consultants.
* Field Leadership: Be the driving force on the ground, ensuring deals are closed and talent is retained.
* Strategic Impact: Work directly with the Agency Director to shape the future of our expansion.
Core Requirements:
* Fluency in English (Mandatory – essential for the Sintra/Cascais international market).
* Portuguese Proficiency (C1/C2 level for local negotiations).
* Own Vehicle and valid driver's license.
* Flexible Availability (Real estate excellence doesn't follow a 9-to-5 clock).
* Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
* Resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a results-driven mindset.
