Project Cost Manager - Construction
About the Role
This is a key position that requires strong skills in cost management for construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to deliver projects within budget and support the company's mission for sustainable, innovative infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' hands-on experience in cost management for construction projects of industrial facilities, ideally in international and multicultural environments.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of feasibility estimating, pre-tender estimating, cost planning & reporting, tender management, value engineering benchmarking and claims Management as well as proven ability to implement high-quality cost management processes.
