Key ResponsibilitiesLead a global IT Infrastructure function across multiple countries, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available services.Oversee cloud and on-prem infrastructure operations, service delivery, and user support, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security.Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, operations, and support processes.Manage strategic partners and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.Ensure infrastructure readiness for future digital initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions and next-generation data platforms.Maintain governance, documentation, and audit-ready processes across incident, change, and problem management.Collaborate closely with architecture, security, development, and operations teams to align infrastructure with enterprise goals.Own the infrastructure budget and ensure efficient cost management.Requirements5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management, including senior leadership in global or distributed environments.Strong expertise in MS Azure, M365, networking, storage, disaster recovery, and large-scale infrastructure operations.Proven experience leading global teams and managing managed-service providers.Deep understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.G., ISO *****, SOC 2, GDPR).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor-negotiation skills.Track record of driving automation, operational excellence, and modern infrastructure practices.Degree in IT/Computer Science; relevant certifications(Azure, ITIL, cloud/security) are a plus.
