About This Role
You will have the opportunity to join various financial teams, such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, and Master Data, supporting European markets and ensuring business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead system administration and possess technical expertise to effectively implement new systems and maintain current systems. Take initiative to research new technology and apply it to our business processes.
Project lead for Learning and Performance technical projects, requiring full project life-cycle including requirements, design, development, conversion, testing, and deployment.
Build relationships with vendors and identify and resolve technical issues in the system.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 3 years of experience plus functional experience
* expert level experience with enterprise software – Learning Management System LMS
* experience in project management, system implementation, program administration – HR expertise preferred
* Coding experience – HTML, CSS, API, JAVA
* Complex query building
* Complex analysis capability
* Customer Service Experience
* Process design -leveraging technology
* Vendor relationship experience
* Advanced Microsoft office skills – expert excel user
* Communication
