Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Drive and manage the project scoping phase and estimate implementation workload;
* Set up and facilitate business workshops during the design phase;
* Coordinate project activities with technical, release management, and data integration teams;
* Analyze and collect business requirements;
* Design functional specifications of the EBX solution;
* Translate requirements into EBX functional design (data model, business rules, process specification);
* Update interface agreements when needed;
* Design and execute functional tests, including planning and execution;
* Support end users during migration, user acceptance tests, and integration tests;
* Update documentation and participate in project committees;
* Participate in meetings with business users in agile mode to report progress and ongoing activities.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar IT Business Analyst role;
* No previous experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or TIBCO EBX is required —
training will be provided by the client
;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
* Strong analytical and communication skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments.
