We are looking for a KDB Developer!
Location: Lisbon
Level of Experience: Mid-Senior
Salary Package & Benefits: Salary base + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
Main Tasks:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand and refine the requirements
* Develop business focused dashboards using Tableau or Python, particularly Plotly and Streamlit, or via official analytics pipelines
* Design, code, test and deploy KDB+/q services for enriching raw data with various metrics and presenting in the most impactful fashion
* Profile and tune KDB queries, identify bottlenecks in data retrieval or pipeline stages
* Participate in on call rotation; resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis
* Document code, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a comprehensive record of development activities
* Contribute to automated unit, integration and performance tests and CI pipelines
* Implement schema validation and outlier detection checks
Technical Skills:
* Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* At least 5 years software development experience
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
