Role Description:
We're looking for an analytical and execution-driven SEO & Growth Hacker Specialist to join our Marketing team and work closely with our SEO Strategy Manager.
This role is focused on implementation, experimentation, and scaling organic growth. If you enjoy turning data into action, testing new ideas quickly, and finding unconventional growth opportunities beyond traditional keyword research - this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of our SEO strategy across multiple international markets.
* Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent growth opportunities.
* Build and scale programmatic landing pages (events, cities, venues) using automation and data sets.
* Improve on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, structure, schema) with a focus on click-through rate (CTR) optimization.
* Analyze traffic, rankings, and conversion data to identify "quick wins" and high-growth clusters.
* Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with Product/Engineering to streamline site speed and indexability.
* Run rapid growth experiments (A/B tests, content pivots) to increase organic traffic and conversion.
* Monitor competitors and identify content gaps or tactical advantages.
* Support backlink outreach and creative digital PR initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2–4 years experience in SEO, performance marketing, or growth
* Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
* Advanced proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4.
* Analytical mindset and comfort working with large datasets to drive decision-making.
* Ability to run tests and iterate quickly - you prioritize progress over perfection.
* Strong execution skills - you own the process from hypothesis to implementation.
Nice to have:
* Experience in marketplace or e-commerce environments (handling 10k+ pages).
* Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make) or AI-assisted SEO workflows (using LLMs for content at scale).
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern CMS systems.
