Now, we're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join the founding team and build the outbound engine from scratch.
About the Role
This role involves driving outbound pipeline into midmarket and enterprise accounts across the UK & EU.
* Lead personalized outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to CIOs, Heads of AI/Data, and Ops leaders.
* Qualify leads and set up discovery calls to uncover pain points across our target verticals.
* Refine prospecting playbooks, messaging, and account strategies as we expand our market presence.
* Consistently log activities and insights in CRM to fuel team learning and scaling.
* Mastery of our value proposition — governance, sovereignty, and speed-to-production — is required.
This isn't just an SDR role, it's a chance to build the outbound motion from scratch and shape how we engage enterprise leaders.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have 1+ years in sales or outbound prospecting (BDR/SDR), ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech.
* Can engage both technical and business buyers (CIOs, IT, Ops leaders).
* Balance high-volume outreach with tailored, high-quality messaging.
* Are resilient, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
* Communicate complex concepts clearly.
