System Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled System Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure environments, deployed across various locations.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating support teams, ensuring seamless support for all systems, networks and security.
* They will actively participate in IT projects, focusing on network, systems, and security components;
* Properly identify, debug, and solve technical problems for local and remote sites;
* Provide second-line support either for Network, Security or Linux and Windows Servers;
* Recommend, design and implement new solutions or procedures to improve the resilience, efficiency and security of the network;
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide second-line support for all systems, networks and security;
* IT Projects: Actively participate in IT projects, mainly on network, systems, and security components;
* Problem Solving: Properly identify, debug, and solve technical problems for local and remote sites;
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
* Experience in system administration and networking;
* Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
