As a key member of ourFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)team, you will focus on theOperationsside of the business – includingRefunding, Processing, and Payments.
Your role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic support to drive performance across global operations.
You will:
1. Analyze and interpretactual performanceand partner withSVP OperationsandCountry Managing Directorsto identify efficiencies and business opportunities.
2. Supportforecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Build trusted relationships across departments to provide meaningful insights for data-driven decision-making.

4. Partner withAccountingto understand actual results and manage the month-end closing process.
5. Delivermonthly performance analyses(Actuals vs. Budget vs. Prior Year) to senior stakeholders.
6. Manage and enhancebudgeting and forecasting modelsfor Operations in collaboration with the FP&A team.
7. Provide analytical support to SVP Operations and Country MDs to optimize financial and operational decisions.
8. Conduct analyses onprocessing costs, refund errors, unsuccessful payments, and recommend corrective actions.
9. Identify and proposeprocess improvementsacross operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
10. Analyzerefund cost performanceandancillary revenues(e.g., Forex, Cash Fee) across markets.
11. Support theVP FP&AandCFOwith strategic initiatives linked to operations.

12. StrongExcel modellingand analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
13. Solid understanding ofaccounting principlesand financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
14. Proven ability to identifykey business performance driversand translate them into actionable KPIs.
15. Experience withreporting toolssuch asHyperion, SmartView, or Essbaseis a strong plus.
16. Knowledge ofVBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, or DAXis an advantage.
17. Fluent inEnglish(written and spoken).
18. Strongbusiness acumenwith a commercial mindset and value-driven approach.
19. Excellentcommunication and presentation skillsin a multicultural environment.
