Our diverse, multinational team collaborates closely with project management, engineering, and end customers to deliver customized solutions based on the latest HVDC technology.
In our state-of-the-art testing facilities, we ensure the quality of hardware and software during Factory Acceptance tests. On-site, we commission high-voltage equipment and control systems, ensuring their flawless functionality.

Your efforts ensure that HVDC projects are executed with precision and excellence, contributing to the advancement of HVDC technology.
How You'll Make an Impact
10. Plan and execute tests and commissioning of HVDC systems on time, cost-effectively, and with high quality.
11. Manage an international team of commissioning engineers.
12. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and occupational health and safety regulations.
13. Organize Functional System Testing/Factory Acceptance Tests (FST/FAT) at test areas on site.
14. Monitor, document, and communicate work progress, ensuring a smooth construction site process with suppliers and partners.
15. Support project management in risk and claim management, ensuring quality and safety, and participate in internal improvement programs.
What You Bring
16. University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or comparable technical education with relevant experience.
17. Several years of experience in commissioning or managing large plants (, HVDC, power plants, switchgear, power distribution systems).
18. Willingness for worldwide business trips, long-term assignments on construction sites, and optional offshore platform assignments.
19. Basic knowledge of Project Management.
20. Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
21. Strong conflict management, decision-making, result orientation, motivation, and communication skills in international/intercultural teams.
