/ppWe're looking for a Lead Product Designer who is passionate about building exceptional digital learning products — from apps to web tools — and who thrives on guiding others to create experiences that educate, engage, and delight.
As a Lead Product Designer, you'll combine hands-on design expertise with leadership skills to guide a small team of talented designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

Partner with the Principal designer to implement and evolve the design system across digital products on mobile and web, complete with accessibility to an AA standard.
/li /ulpbr/ppbMentoring and team development: /b /pulliAct as a mentor to your team, supporting their professional growth through constructive feedback, skill development, and coaching.
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRoadmap planning for design: /b /pulliWorking in partnership with product and engineering teams, ensure the roadmap for your team is well planned, support the team in unblocking work and guide and unblock planned work efficiently.
/li /ulpbr/ppbCustomer-centric UX/UI design: /b /pulliCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital learning products across web and mobile platforms, considering clear navigation, sensible interaction flows, and balanced information architecture.
All while promoting and supporting the growth of our design system.
/li /ulpbr/ppbLeverage customer insights: /b /pulliCollaborate with the UXR and customer insights teams to conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviours of educators and students.
Translate research findings into actionable design insights and product requirements.
/li /ulpbr/ppbDesign exploration: /b /pulliCoordinate and lead appropriate forums for the purpose of ideation and exploring design solutions with a cross-functional team, including stakeholders.

/li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWe're interested in people that have: /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
/lili5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in customer-facing products across web and mobile apps, education technology or related industry.
/liliExperience designing for educational, interactive, or gamified products.
/liliExperience leading or mentoring other designers in a team environment, while still contributing to design work directly.
/liliProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
/liliStrong portfolio showcasing your design process, user research, and final designs.
/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills.
/liliUnderstanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
