Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual business continuity plans
* Conduct regular reviews of business impact analyses and critical processes
* Develop action plans for risk scenarios that could jeopardize service continuity
* Monitor operational tests and drills, and prepare respective reports
* Prepare regulatory and other various reports
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in Business Continuity or Process Management
* Experience or training in implementing Business Continuity Management Systems (ISO 22301 standard)
* Strong leadership skills and ability to organize work and lead teams
* Adept at managing projects and working in multidisciplinary teams
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and preferably Power BI
* Intermediate level of English proficiency
